Booking a repair
Simply pass the jobs to us and we’ll arrange the necessary repairs or installations. Our Gas Safe Engineers will attend the property, investigate the fault and, if required, provide before and after photos of the work carried out. As a landlord, you do not have to attend the property to see that the work has been completed to an excellent standard.
Either call or E-Mail us; when we receive your job we’ll categorise it as follows:

| P1 | Attended to within one hour. This is for gas or water leaks, a toilet that does not operate or a gas boiler that has developed a dangerous fault. |
| P2 | Attended to within two hours. This is for normal repairs, boiler faults, plumbing issues, etc. These appointments can be booked in when convenient to you or your tenant. |
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
We also offer Landlord Gas Safety testing and certification. As a landlord, you are required to carry out these checks annually by law. We can attend the property and carry out a full gas safety inspection on all appliances.
Our system allows us to be carbon free. The gas safety certificate is issued electronically and can be forward to you by E-Mail with an invoice. Of course we can also issue a paper copy too if required.
Payments can be made by all major Credit and Debit cards as well as BACS and PayPal.
Carbon Monoxide Alarms
Recent changes in the law mean that all rented properties must now have carbon monoxide alarms fitted where there is a solid fuel appliance. The government is also recommending that they are fitted with gas appliances too. We can supply and fit the alarms. All our alarms are CE and RoHS approved.
